Rick Belsito is very knowledgeable and experienced sales rep that made the end of lease for my Chevy Blazer a smooth and easy process. He also took care of getting me into a new lease on a 2026 Chevy Trailblazer. He also contacts me to remind me when certain maintenance is needed. I tried to order a truck and had poor communication throughout the 5 months I was waiting. Then the sales manager told me he would reorder a 26 model since I had passed the 25 builds. He said it would be done that day or the next and he would email me the cost comparison of the two. I waited one full week and received nothing not even a phone call or email. I then went in and pulled my order and got my deposit back. I will take my business somewhere else when spending 60K! I expect better customer service than that.
